Our co-founder and mind behind all operations and designs, Jonno has over 20 years experience flying RC planes and 13 years in the film industry.

Always up for a challenge, Jonno is the ultimate problem solver. On top of flying and operating, he also heads up the the design and manufacturing of our custom gear, including our Dragon
tracking vehicle and an array of other custom camera rigs that make Big Bird the go-to for
innovative solutions in the South African film industry.

On top of Jonno’s technical wizardry, his eye for detail and his excitement for filmmaking makes him the best creative ally a director, DOP or producer could have.
